Cowboy Cut Ribeye

Bone-in ribeye steak seared to perfection and served with two sides. Limited availability.
Smoked Brisket

Brisket slow smoked and sliced thick; can be chopped for sandwiches.
Beef Dino Bone

Perfectly smoked giant beef short ribs. Huge, tender, and full of flavor.
Smoked Brisket Burger

Ground brisket, smoked & charbroiled, served with lettuce, onion, and housemade burger sauce.

Ground smoked brisket with fresh bell pepper & onion in a traditional Sloppy Joe sauce.

A jalapeno filled with cream cheese, smoked brisket, wrapped in bacon and smoked.
Pulled Pork Sandwich

Pork shoulder slow smoked then shredded and put on a fresh bun.
Smoked Sausage

Slow-smoked sausage with three varieties: Jalapeno Cheddar, Garlic Pepperjack, and Cracked Pepper.
